Empathy Phase Map
Empathy Mapping is a collaborative tool to gain a deeper understanding of end-users
As a team, we were tasked to draw an empathy phase map for our FYP project.
Process
We consolidated our ideas by discussing:
- What causes the user to forget to bring their personal belongs
- What can we do to solve these issues faced by our users
Challenges
- We had to discard some of the responses because they had nothing to do with our project.
