Lesson 1
As a group we are task to do a mind map for our FYP project.
this mind map will develop as our project processes.
Process:
The process of doing mind - map is we apply the 5 why and 1 H to make our process better and understanding
we communicated well with each other and we are able to consolidate our idea

- Time management, we were unable to complete the mind-map during lesson. We had to complete the mind-map after lesson.

In this activity we are to create a interview question for our user to improve on our product
The questions:

How often do you forget to bring an item out?

What is a interesting feature that you have seen on a bag?

What can my company do to better serve your needs?

How satisfied are you with their existing products?

What value do you expect our company to provide?

What are your biggest challenges faced with the bag industry?

What is the triggering point for you to choose our product over our competitors?

What are the factors that make bags great?

What do you think of our product?
Based on the questions above, we had interviewed 2 of our schoolmates to get their responses.

In this activity we are to create an online survey.
There are total of 11 responses for our survey.
In conclusion, we found out that doing interview was much more faster as we get the respond on the spot compare to survey as it take a longer time to get the responses.
